Liel Maghen

Liel Maghen, an Israeli native, is program coordinator at the Interfaith Center for Sustainable Development. After graduating from the Arava Institute of Environmental Studies program of Ben Gurion University, he completed a B.A. in Political Science and Middle Eastern Studies, and is currently working on his Masters in Community Development, both from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. Over the past five years, Liel gained much experience interning with Member of Knesset Avishay Braverman in Jerusalem and the late Rep. Donald Payne in Washington D.C. He has also worked leading programs for MEJDI tours and several seminars and workshops for the Arava Institute of Environmental Studies.
